Nicole Richie is looking hot down in Florida and we don't mean temperature wise.
The starlet lounged around a Miami hotel in a tiny two piece, flaunting her toned stomach.

It was only a few weeks ago when Richie struck back at reports that claimed she was pregnant.

"Contrary to recent speculation, I am not pregnant. This irresponsible reporting continues to feed an atmosphere of self-doubt and insecurity," she said in a statement to Usmagazine.com.

"To publicly point out a change in anyone's body is mean spirited and cruel. People's bodies change and change again. This is not newsworthy and is a waste of valuable media space that should be used for more important issues."

After garnering praise for her fabulous white dress at the Royal Wedding on Friday, Kate Middleton's little sister, Pippa Middleton, wowed again in an emerald evening dress at the
reception, UsMagazine.com reports.

For the reception Friday evening at Buckingham Palace, Pippa donned a floor-length green dress with a plunging neckline by London designer Alice Temperley.

"It was a wonderful opportunity and an honor to work with Ms. Pippa Middleton," Temperley told UsMagazine. "She is a beautiful young woman, with such elegance and looked stunning at the reception."

S. Victor Whitmill, the award-winning tattoo artist who gave Mike Tyson his well-known facial ink, filed a lawsuit in federal court in Missouri on Thursday seeking an injunction against Warner Bros.
that would stop the studio from releasing 'The Hangover Part 2.'

"When Mr. Whitmill created the Original Tattoo, Mr. Tyson agreed that Mr. Whitmill would own the artwork and thus, the copyright in the Original Tattoo," the court papers read (via The Hollywood Reporter). "Warner Bros. Entertainment, Inc. – without attempting to contact Mr. Whitmill, obtain his permission, or credit his creation – has copied Mr. Whitmill's Original Tattoo and placed it on the face of another actor ... This unauthorized exploitation of the Original Tattoo constitutes copyright infringement."

In 'The Hangover Part 2,' the character played by Ed Helms wakes up after a long night of partying with a facial tattoo similar to Tyson's. THR notes that it will be difficult for Warner Bros. to argue that the tats are "coincidentally similar" because Tyson was featured in the first 'Hangover' film and the ink sported by Helms in the second movie seems to be a "direct comedic reference to Tyson."

Warners, which was forced to make a large payout to the author of the source material for its 'Dukes of Hazzard' film when he filed an injunction to stop its release, will have to prove that the copyright isn't valid (or settle with Whitmill, who calls the ink "one of the most distinctive tattoos in the nation"). In order to do so, the studio can argue that they changed the design enough that it doesn't constitute infringement or that it's a parody.

Marky Mark and Justin? On a basketball court?

According to reports at Deadline and The Hollywood Reporter, Paramount is in negotiations with Mark Walhberg and Justin Bieber for an untitled drama that will revolve around street basketball.

Both Wahlberg and Bieber are closet basketball players -- Wahlberg regularly has his friends over for full-court action and Bieber has some hoops chops.

Apparently Wahlberg saw Bieber play ball in February during a celebrity game held during NBA All-Star Game weekend in which Bieber showed off his court skills. Wahlberg -- who now juggles acting with producing -- subsequently pitched an idea to Paramount executives, who are talking it through in more detail with Bieber's camp, a source told THR.

The tone of the project is described as 'The Color of Money' meets 'The Karate Kid,' according to Deadline.

Paramount is more than happy to be in business with Bieber. His 'Justin Bieber: Never Say Never' concert film was made on a $13 million budget and grossed $97 million worldwide.

This will be the 17-year-old singing sensation's dramatic debut but have no doubts about this kid. We'll bet he'll do quite well as a big screen star. After all, Wahlberg started out as a rapper (remember Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch?), segued to Calvin Klein ads, and eventually caught the critics' eyes with his role in 'The Basketball Diaries' alongside Leonardo DiCaprio. Deja vu, anyone?

According to Wahlberg, neither he nor Bieber would sing or dance in the project. Darn. That would be a trip.

It's bad enough that Sarah Ferguson, The Duchess of York, did not receive an invite to the Royal wedding, but now to add insult to injury the Royal black sheep has been asked to keep a low profile on the very special day.

"The last thing the family wants is a picture of Sarah in a bikini on a beach popping up the day of the wedding or even worst mopping around by herself while everyone else is celebrating," a friend of Sarah's tells me. "They have basically told her to disappear and not be any distraction to the big day."

Sarah, whose most recent scandal involved being caught trying to sell media access to her ex-husband, Prince Andrew, has been busy working on a new show, 'Finding Sarah,' for Oprah's OWN channel. But despite her hard work, the Royals have made it clear they are in no mood to forgive.

The Duchess has not returned emails requesting comment. Has she gone underground already?

"Not inviting Sarah to the wedding is such a big mistake," the confidante tells me. "What's going to happen in a few years when her daughters get married? Are they going to try and ban their mother from attending their wedding because the Queen will be attending?"

Sarah is the first to admit she's made a big mistake and my insider observes that "if a wedding isn't a time for a family to set aside past problems and come together, then I don't know what is."

James Rainford, the man who attacked Paris Hilton and her boyfriend Cy Waits on Wednesday, has been sent to jail.

TMZ is reporting that Rainford got sentenced to 227 days in prison after he pleaded 'no contest' to misdemeanor battery.

Rainford was already on probation and the judge threw the book at him for violating the terms of his probation. He was arrested last October after trespassing on the socialite's property and getting into an altercation with her security.

In addition to the jail sentence, Rainford was sentenced to three years informal probation and ordered to stay away from Waits once he's released.

Hilton and Waits were walking into a Superior Court building in Van Nuys when Rainford attempted to grab Waits in the back of the neck. He was immediately subdued by a bodyguard and handed over to police.

After his arrest, Rainford explained to police that he was in love with Hilton and had her father's permission to marry her.

Hilton and Waits were at the Van Nuys courthouse to testify in a case against Nathan Parada who broke into their home last year wielding a knife.

Watch New Theatrical ‘X-Men: First Class’ Trailer

Although the plot of 'Sympathy for Delicious' borders on the supernatural, the film, directed by actor Mark Ruffalo, has its roots in fact. When the first-time director's close friend Christopher
Thornton was paralyzed from the waist down in a hiking accident, he was sure that his career was finished, but Ruffalo encouraged him not to give up. Thornton eventually wrote the script for 'Sympathy for Delicious' based on his personal struggles as a paralyzed actor.

The film follows Dean O'Dwyer (Thornton), a DJ on the rise who watches his life and career fall apart after a motorcycle leaves him confined to a wheelchair. At the lowest point in his life, he discovers that he has an ability to heal people, but instead of pursuing a righteous path, he abuses his power to chase fame and money as a rock star.

With an all-star cast including Orlando Bloom, Laura Linney and Juliette Lewis, the film addresses the heavy themes of tragedy, greed and redemption with a playful, mischievous spin thanks to the direction of Ruffalo. PopEater caught up with the cast of 'Sympathy for Delicious' to talk about working with Mark Ruffalo, being directed by Mark Ruffalo and the genius that is Mark Ruffalo.

Nicki Minaj has delayed the premiere of her video for her new single 'Super Bass,' much to the dismay of eager hip-hop fans and Barbies.

Minaj announced yesterday via Twitter that her music video will not make its debut today on BET's '106 & Park' as originally scheduled. "Super Bass is no longer coming out tmrw," she tweeted with no further explanation.

'Super Bass' is the latest single off of Nicki's chart-topping debut album 'Pink Friday.' '106 & Park' aired a sneak peek preview of the vid to tide fans over, which has of course found its way onto the Internet.

The second-hand video shows Minaj shimmying and shaking, leading a pack of pink-wigged dancers in daisy dukes. The 'Super Bass' video was directed by Sanaa Hamri, who has also worked with superstars like Mariah Carey, Prince and Jay-Z to name a few.

Although the new video's release has been delayed, Minaj has certainly been keeping herself busy otherwise. She's prepping to go on tour with Britney Spears and recently dropped a remix of Brit's 'Till the World Ends' track.

Keep yourself busy while you wait for the new premiere date and watch the 'Super Bass' clip below

With an appeal in the works on a sentence that would see her spend 120 days in prison, Lindsay Lohan went on 'The Tonight Show' to talk about the woes that have plagued her since her late
teenage years and her desire to get her life back on track.

"I've made a lot of poor decisions in the past and I'm dealing with the consequences of those decisions," she said. "I know that I have to work to gain the respect back and I'm willing to do the work that I have to do to follow through with being an actress because that's what I love."

When asked what she would change about herself, she turned it around and said she'd rather change the public perception of her. She would much rather it be about her work than her personal troubles. She did admit, "I've put myself in positions where that was the bigger story.

It looks like the looming jail sentence has definitely sobered the 24-year old. We hope she can maintain this healthier mindset and move her career and life in the direction she wants. We'd much rather watch her six years from now talking to Jay Leno about having just won an Oscar than some of the possible alternatives if she slides down the wrong path again.

Bluesy pop singer and songwriter, Phoebe Snow, died Tuesday morning due to complications from a brain hemorrhage, according to the AP. Snow found fame with her 1970s smooth hit, 'Poetry Man'
and released her first eponymous record in 1974, for which received a 1975 Grammy nomination for best new artist.

But the soulful singer and guitarist fell out of the spotlight soon after to take care of her disabled daughter -- but not before making her mark on the music industry. Snow was able to merge her folk roots with her soulful, jazzy voice and create classic hits like, 'Love Makes a Woman' and 'Mercy, Mercy, Mercy.' She also sang the intro tune for the show, 'A Different World.'

The singer's hemorrhage was not an isolated health issue -- Snow also battled numerous blood clots, bouts with pneumonia, congestive heart failure and a stroke.

"The loss of this unique and untouchable voice is incalculable," Snow's manager, Sue Cameron told the AP. "Phoebe was one of the brightest, funniest and most talented singer-songwriters of all time and, more importantly, a magnificent mother to her late brain-damaged daughter, Valerie, for 31 years. Phoebe felt that was her greatest accomplishment."

Snow chose the career of mother when her daughter was born, rather than continuing her success in the studio. But that did not stop her from letting her passion live on in the form of sporadic collaborations with the likes of Paul Simon, Mavis Staples and Steely Dan's, Donald Fagen. She also sang at Howard Stern and Beth Ostrosky's 2008 wedding.

She released her last album, 'Natural Wonder,' in 2003 and leaves a legacy that isn't far off from her final album's title.

If there's anyone who can pull off a sans locks look and still manage to make us swoon, it's Jake Gyllenhaal (via Us Weekly). The actor recently lost his hair for his forthcoming tough cop drama, 'End of Watch.'

This isn't the first time that Gyllenhaal lost his locks to land a movie role -- he shaved his head for his 2005 war memoir flick, 'Jarhead.' But six years later means that Gyllenhaal's close shave is something entirely different -- while his 'Jarhead' marine style cut gave him a young and rugged aire, his current cut is looking a lot more bald than buzzed.

After going from 'Jarhead' to skinhead, we have a feeling that this 30-year-old may find it more difficult to score with some of Hollywood's leading young ladies (Taylor Swift, Jessica Lowndes) now that it's a little more breezy on top.

Check out Gyllenhaal's similarly shaved head in the aptly titled military flick, 'Jarhead.'

Hip-hop mogul 50 Cent will continue to expand his empire with a foray into the world of comedy.
Having already established himself as a force within the film and entertainment communities, with
diverse and wide-ranging interests that include technology companies, G-Unit clothing line and website, ThisIs50.com, the Queens MC is now attempting to launch a new comedy site.

Though content is scant from ThisIs50, the garish and unwieldy site is halfway live at ThisIs50Comedy.com.
The site's proper launch will take place on Thursday (April 28), and will feature the debut of 50's comedy show -- dubbed 'This Is 50 Comedy Show.' The show will be taped in front of a live audience in the Times Square Arts Center in New York City, and will be streamed live online.

The show will be hosted by ThisIs50 standout Young Jack Thriller, star of ThisIs50's popular 'So Disrespectful' series, and will return on the last Thursday of each month, bringing the site's subscribers "the cutting-edge humor of the nations [sic] funniest comedians."

Access to the show will cost $2.99, the proceeds of which will go towards Japan's relief fund.

'Teen Mom' has launched its fair share of pseudo-celebs, from beloved first season couple Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra to troubled tabloid staples Jenelle Evans and Amber Portwood.

Now it's time for some of the baby daddies to shine. As previously reported, young dad Jo Rivera, who appeared on 'Teen Mom 2' with ex Katilyn Lowry and son Isaac, has been itching to launch a rap career off the minor celebrity he's achieved through the hit MTV show.

Performing under the decidedly un-baller pseudonym N.I.C.K B, Rivera performs over a version of Alicia Keys' 'Unthinkable,' rapping about hard-hitting topics from pedicures to and "[staying] fresh like newborn baby breath." Conspicuously absent? Mentions of getting anybody else knocked up.

Check out the video for 'Unthinkable Remix.'

Watch New ‘Our Idiot Brother’ Trailer Starring Paul Rudd

Rebecca Black is working hard — even on Fridays — to try and change the public’s negative view of her as an artist.

Rebecca shared with The Associated Press that she has been recording new songs at the studio of Charlton Pettus, a music producer.

Even though Rebecca’s song “Friday” has more than 119 million views on YouTube and is No. 64 on iTunes’ single chart, Rebecca has a lot of haters.

“People think I sound like a robot, and in that video, I do sound like a robot,” Rebecca said of the “Friday” YouTube video. “I don’t want to be known as the ‘Friday’ girl. Hopefully, I can be known as Rebecca Black and not the ‘Friday’ girl. I want to be a performing artist. That’s what I’ve always wanted to do.”

She is set on proving people wrong.

“I was bullied all the time in school,” she explained. “I don’t know what was so different about me that made people want to pick on me. I thank those people because if it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t be here right now. I would probably still be sitting at home crying. I’ve dealt with that my whole life. I’ve learned to have a thick skin. I laugh at them now.”

Rebecca’s parents paid $4,000 for Ark Music Factory to produce the song and video, but her mother wasn’t prepared for it to become such a hit.

“Once I realized that my daughter was going to be a celebrity, I knew this was going to be a time when I really needed to focus on completely being there for her 100 percent of the time,” Kelly, Rebecca’s mom, explained. “I have read and seen the unfortunate stories of so many children in the spotlight who have gone sideways.”

And it sounds like Rebecca is going to do all she can to stay in the spotlight. She has a new publicist, lawyer and manager.

“I want to see everyone’s opinion of my actual voice,” Rebecca said. “I don’t care if they love it. I don’t care if they hate it.”

“Well, I’d like it if they loved it, but I just want to hear their opinion.”

Even Lady Gaga struggles with insecurities. In a new teaser video for the documentary-style special, Lady Gaga Presents The Monster Ball Tour: At Madison Square Garden, Lady Gaga
cries backstage and prays for strength.

HBO is set to premiere their Lady Gaga special on May 7 and have released a teaser clip from the video, which shows Lady Gaga crying and praying.

The 25-year-old singer is backstage wiping off makeup in the black-and-white clip.

Performing in her hometown of Manhattan, Lady Gaga feels the pressure and says, “I still sometimes feel like a loser kid in high school.”

The same week the HBO special is set to air, Gaga will premiere her video for “Judas” on American Idol, MTV News reports.
